Bryn Jones, Executive, Leadership and Organizational Developer
The Short Version . . .
I help leaders, groups and organizations who envision communities as compassionate, healthy, and resilient places to live build momentum for change and achieve greater impact.
With my support, leaders, groups, and organizations who are dealing with increasing complexity and uncertainty can create and innovate, plan and act to make effective change.
Twenty years experience under many hats in grassroots, community, and collaborative groups and organizations gave me practical understanding of organization development, systems-thinking, strategic and campaign planning, leadership development, and collaboration .
M.A./J.D. Program in American Indian Studies schooled me in collaborative and healing approaches like mediation, interest-based negotiation, therapeutic jurisprudence, restorative justice, peacemaking and non-violent communication, as well as using legally-mandated government processes to engage stakeholders.
Training, research, and my own experimentation continues to fine-tune my natural abilities in facilitating powerful and effective group processes with effective outcomes and coaching individuals in their own transformational processes.
