I am committed to collaborating with my clients in ways reflective of the best practices of professional facilitators, coaches, and consultants. I make a point to maintain a diverse kit of tools and methods to call upon when collaboratively designing a course of action for a group. Some of these include the Institute of Cultural Affair's Technology of Participation, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space, Liberating Structures, Integrative Coaching as well as a number of other tools and methods. I also believe that whatever work I do for my clients should result in greater capacity for the group, organization, and/or individuals.
